Finally had enough free time to go biking this morning!!! havn't been for a while, so i did a 13.06 Km's on some nice backroads, that brings my total Km's up to 488 Km's this year!! thinking about maybe going biking after work sometime today to try and make it up to 500, i'll let you know what ends up happening!!!!
