hey its been a whie since my last post, and i apologize....you se last week my cousin was over so i was kinda busy, plus i didn't really do any biking, we biked a bit to the corner store and back, but thats about it.
this week i biked to work today!! my total right now is all the way up at 830!! pretty excited about it!! hope to keep biking this week....even though its going to be stinkin hot!!!! just remeber me while you guys are all in your air conditioned houses alright :)

sorry i havn't posted anything for a few days, i tried but Blogger was all screwed up.

I biked to work on monday which puts me up to almost 800 already!!!hoping to bike this morning, and possibly the rest of the, it sounds like its suppossed to be pretty nice weather so far :) ..... i';ll keep you updated!

ya so yesterday i never ended up biking to work, i'm telling you it was going to pour like crazy!! but it never did......it looks good this morning though!! so if everything goes weel i will be biking this morning :)

wow!! 761 on August 11th !!! i'm trying to bike to work a lot but havn't been able to do it every day lately, its either to cloudy ( i don't like gettin rained on), or i just am to tired to move quick enough to be able to leave the door in time to bike to work for 9:00 :) .......but i am trying, and Laina's biking some days with me so i'm not all alone!! so anyway i'll be getting to bed soon so i can try and leave on good time tomrow!! hopefully on my bike :)

so lately i have been biking to work!! ran a yellow light the other day, and a red today!!! you wonder what the fines are for running a red.....with a bike!!! lol..... but i was careful while doing it so it'sa'll good!!!yep so when i bike to the farm i do about a half-hour of biking during that day, which is pretty goo considering i work from 9-6 generally!! my totall distance is now...719!!! 35% !!!! pretty exciting!!

so now that i have started working at the arm again this summer i am starting to bike there :) , i biked there for two days, but then it was raining this morning so i didn't end up going :( ..... its about 13 Km's a round trip, the way back home is so much easyer though cuz its all down hill, and the way there is ll uphill :( , hopeing to bike to work tomorow again, its not supposed to rain :) , i WAS supposed to go to hardwood hills but rides didn't work out and i am no longer going :( , oh well, i'll have fun at work :)....maybe...lol

went biking again today!!!ltos of fun!! did 51.45 Km's on some backroads and in some forests, pretty nice day, cool, little bit of a breeze. did have any problems with my knee, till now, really sore and a bit swollen so i got some ice on it :) . the best part today was seeing a cop pull over some person on some road!!!!! poor lady :) anyway ya, it was a 2 1/2 hour bike ride, a little tough at the end, biking against the wind the whole way home!!didn't break any records today but i did bring my total up to 660!!!!!
